Founder & Lead Estimator of Beacon Scope Consulting
Susan Ziros, is a seasoned property claims professional with nearly a decade of experience handling residential and large loss claims for major insurance carriers, including Farmers Insurance, and American National. Her career began as a field property adjuster and advanced into large loss handling, where she specialized in complex estimates involving fire, water, storm and structural damages.
In addition to her adjusting background, Susan served as a Business Development Manager for a national restoration company, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges contractors face when navigating the claims process. This unique blend of experience allows her to bridge the gap between field documentation, insurance expectations, and contractor needs.
With a strong foundation in Xactimate estimating, structural damage evaluation, and claim documentation, Susan launched Beacon Scope Consulting LLC to deliver responsive, accurate estimating services and independent adjusting services.
She is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and provides services both locally and remotely across the U.S.
