Terms & Service Agreement

Beacon Scope Consulting LLC

Effective Date: 06/12/2025

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Beacon Scope Consulting LLC (“Consultant,” “we,” or “our”) provides services to you, the Client (“you” or “Client”).

1. 

Services Provided

Beacon Scope Consulting LLC offers the following services:

• Remote and in-person property inspections
• Xactimate estimates and scope documentation
• Claim consultation and administrative support
• Independent adjusting services
• Coordination with contractors or carriers (with written permission)

2. 

Estimate Fees

• Minimum charge per estimate: $125 or 0.008% of the total estimate amount, whichever is greater
• Additional fees apply for expedited turnaround (within 24 hours)

3. 

Consultation Rates

• 30-minute consultation: $45
• 60-minute consultation: $80

4. 

Independent Adjusting Services

• Independent adjusting services are offered at a rate of $80.00 per hour
• Includes file review, field inspections, claim handling, documentation, and carrier communications
• Time is billed in 15-minute increments
• Reports or estimates related to these services may be subject to separate billing

5. 

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, credit/debit card (processing fees may apply), or check.

    -  Please include the invoice number on the memo line of the check or enclose    

       a copy of the invoice. 

     - Make sure all checks are properly signed and dated

•  Return checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

• Late payments may incur a $15 late fee after 7 days

6. 

Written Authorization for Claims Communication

If you would like Beacon Scope Consulting LLC to communicate with the insurance adjuster or carrier on your behalf to clarify the scope of work or review carriers estimates when needed to discuss the differences in scope or clarify what was documented:

• You must provide written permission authorizing such communication
• Include the adjuster’s name and contact information

Disclosure: 

Beacon Scope Consulting LLC does not act as a public adjuster or represent policyholders in claim negotiations. We do not perform independent adjusting services on claims where we are also supporting contractors or restoration professionals to prevent conflicts of interest.

7. 

Client Responsibilities

• Timely submission of all required project details and supporting documentation (e.g., measurements, photos, insurance paperwork)
• Roof estimates require third-party measurement reports (e.g., Hover, EagleView) to be provided by the client or contractor

8. 

Branding and Deliverables

All estimates and deliverables will include Beacon Scope Consulting LLC branding unless:

• The Client provides a written request to use their own company branding. No additional fees apply. 
• The Client supplies logo files and required company details in advance

9. 

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Beacon Scope Consulting LLC may work with a variety of clients, including contractors, policyholders, carriers, and attorneys.

• We will disclose any known or potential conflicts of interest prior to accepting a new assignment.
• We reserve the right to decline projects where a conflict of interest cannot be reasonably avoided.

10. 

No Guarantee of Claim Outcome

Beacon Scope Consulting LLC does not guarantee claim approval, specific settlement outcomes, or decisions made by any insurance carrier or third party.

11. 

Confidentiality

All client and claim-related information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law

12. 

Refunds

• No refunds for services already rendered, including estimates, consultations, or adjusting work

13. 

Dispute Resolution and Mediation

If a dispute arises regarding services provided:

• The Client agrees to contact Beacon Scope Consulting LLC directly to attempt to resolve the issue informally
• The Client must clearly explain the concern and the desired resolution in writing or via scheduled call
• If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to enter into mediation with a neutral third party before pursuing legal action

14. 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any legal matters shall be resolved in Clark County, NV, unless otherwise resolved through mediation.

By hiring or engaging Beacon Scope Consulting LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
