I'm Susan, the owner of Beacon Scope Consulting. I provide independent insurance appraisal, adjusting, and claims documentation support, personally handling each assignment with care, accuracy, and professionalism. 

My background is in property insurance, with experience as a property adjuster for nearly a decade, including large loss. This experience allows me to approach each assignment with both technical understanding and clear, effective communication. I have hands-on field experience evaluating residential property losses and preparing thorough, well-supported documentation. 

Conflict of Interest Disclosure 

Beacon Scope Consulting maintains strict role separation. We do not provide appraisal, adjusting, or estimating services on the same loss in multiple capacities. Each assignment is accepted only where no conflict of interest exists.  We maintain strict boundaries to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure ethical, unbiased service delivery.
