About Beacon Scope Consulting
Founder, Licensed Independent Adjuster, and Xactimate Estimator
I’m Susan Ziros, founder of Beacon Scope Consulting LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. With nearly a decade of experience in property claims, I’ve worked as a staff adjuster for major insurance carriers including Farmers, American National, and Travelers. I’ve handled everything from residential losses to complex large loss claims, and I understand the importance of timely, accurate, and carrier-compliant estimates.
My career also includes serving as a Business Development Manager for a national restoration company, where I worked closely with sales and operations teams to bridge the gap between the field and the file. That unique blend of experience—on both the insurance and contractor sides—allows me to support my clients with a well-rounded, practical approach to estimating and claims support.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNLV and bring a people-first mindset to every project. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we’re raising two amazing kids together. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, swimming, reading, and spending time in my favorite local coffee shops.
